POCOROSSO
Rosé wine

Our Pocorosso is obtained from a selection of Barbera and Dolcetto grapes, picked in advance in order to keep more freshness. 
The grapes are crushed and pressed and the must ferments in stainless steel tank at 16°C.
After three months of aging on the lees the wine is ready to be bottled. 
Ideal as an aperitif.
Ideal serving temperature: 10°C.
