L'Antica
Barbera d’Asti Superiore D.O.C.G.

This wine is produced with grapes that come from an old vineyard planted in 1930, old shoots that ensure a limited and very qualitative production.
After the hand picking of the grapes, take place the alcoholic fermentation, carried out in large Slavonian oak barrels at the temperature of 28°C for 14-18 days.
In the same barrels the wine ages for two years before the bottling. After six months more l’Antica is ready to be released.
Perfect to combine red meat and mature cheese.
Ideal serving temperature: 18° C.
