Piemonte D.O.C. Chardonnay 

Chardonnay has been one of the first international grape variety to be cultivated in Piedmont. 
It is a very versatile variety and in this wine we look for its freshest and simplest expression. 
After the soft pressing of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14 °C for fifteen days. After a few months of refinement on the fine lees, the wine is bottled.
An excellent wine to accompany fish dishes.
Ideal serving temperature: 12°C.
