Nebbiolo is one of the most important grape variety in Piedmont. 
In this wine we’re looking for the youngest and fresher expression of Nebbiolo. 
Alcoholic fermentation and aging are both carried out in large Slavonian oak barrels. 
Perfect to pair with pasta dishes, red meat, medium ripening cheese.  
Best serving temperature: 18°C.
