This wine is produced entirely with Barbera grapes from our youngest vineyards. After the crushing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tank for 10 days at the temperature of 26°C.After 3 months of aging the wine is ready to be bottled.It’s a wine fresh and young, the perfect everyday wine.Best serving temperature: 18°C |
